Additional information.

The Autumn Assembly is being held in the Kents Hill Park  Conference and Training Centre on Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th November. It is necessary to register and pay in advance. To register please complete the registration form and forward with your remittance, or a company purchase order, to the address given.

Attendance. Anyone is welcome to attend the event, provided that they are either a current member of INCOSE or they join at the time of booking. The INCOSE membership runs from June 1st to May 31st each year. To join now until the end of  May 2004 please add the membership fee of £45 (students £10) to the registration fee. A membership application form may be obtained from the web site or by emailing john.Mead9@ntlworld.com

Venue: Kents Hill Park  Conference and Training Centre. All required facilities are there including accommodation, restaurant, refreshments, bar, internet café, swimming pool etc. Please note the following

• Accommodation is not included in the INCOSE price and should be booked directly  with the conference office on telephone 01908 358040.
• Kents Hill Park Centre is holding some rooms for INCOSE delegates at the rate of £80, B&B per night.
• Dinner is only available on Sunday evening if pre-booked with the conference office.

Booking: Please book in advance by using the registration form. Full booking details are provided on the form. If asking your admin / accounts / HR /  Training dept to book for you please make sure that you provide them with this page which is also available as a download (Word).

Prices: Attendance at the conference for one day is £175 and for both days £300. Students £100 and £150. The conference dinner on the Monday evening is £27 including wine with the meal (no concessions). We have quoted membership fees separately so if you are not a member you should pay the joining fee at the same time as the attendance fee. Members who have not renewed for this year please pay £60. The prices do not include accommodation, which should be booked separately direct with the hotel.

Method of payment: Payment is to be made in UK pounds in full without any deductions. Crossed cheques should be made payable to INCOSE UK and sent with the registration form. If a company cheque make sure that the delegate name is written on the reverse. Alternatively payment may be made by bank transfer payable to Lloyd’s TSB, 48 Belle Vue Terrace, Malvern, Worcs, WR14 4QG Sort Code 30 95 41 Account number 067 9247. Invoices and receipts will be issued if required. INCOSE is not registered for VAT and cannot accept payment by credit card.

Cancellations and Substitutions:  All bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 % of the attendance fee if cancelled within two weeks of the event. Cancellations must be received in writing. Delegate changes / substitutions within the same company or organisation will be permitted without penalty provided that INCOSE receives the information in writing before the event. In the case of non-attendance of a registered delegate without prior notice in writing the full fee will be payable. 

Refreshments: Lunch, morning and afternoon tea and coffee are included in the registration fee. The event dinner on the Monday evening should be booked ( in advance) as a separate item on the registration form.

Proceedings:  This event is primarily a meeting of members to discuss important topical issues of today. Rather than a selection of papers we encourage presentations and discussion. This cannot be provided in advance on CD or any other medium Proceedings will not be issued, but we will make a certain amount of information available on the website after the event.

Programme changes: All information contained herein is believed to be correct at the time of going to print. INCOSE accepts no responsibility for changes to programme beyond our control. We will endeavour to advise any unexpected changes on our website as soon as information becomes available.

Information: Lists of attendees and any last minute programme changes will be provided to attendees. Last minute registrations will not be on the attendance list.
